Then come along to my class I welcome complete beginners and more experienced yogis. I am available for one to one lessons either at a suitable mutual location, or at my home. I will pitch the class at your level so you are challenged without being taken outside your limits. Bring a mat, I have a few to spare and wear comfortable clothing.
